Case study: St. Paul's CofE Junior School
St Paul’s CofE Junior School in Somerset were using a manual payments and booking system, but required a better solution to meet their needs.
Previously, our process involved sending out invoices to parents for dinners, trips and wraparound care, to be paid in arrears. This not only took up valuable time to process all of the invoices, but also the time involved reminding parents to pay. Not to mention, the school lost money as some wouldn’t pay.
The SCOPAY app makes it easy for parents
We decided to go with Tucasi after seeing how easy it would be for our parents. The simple SCOPAY app does it all. It was also cheaper than the previous system we were using and it could do more!
Now we use SCOPAY, parents have to book and pay in advance for their child’s dinners and extended day sessions. This alone saves so much time – especially for our School Business Manager, as we no longer have to issue any invoices and chase for payments.
Now all the information is stored within SCO, we can easily access calendars and accounts information that we need.
